YU might launch a powerful variant of Yuphoria, YU6000 with 3GB RAM

As per the reports on GeekBench YU might unveil their next device which could be a powerful variant of Yuphoria, the device name which is mentioned on the GeekBench is YU6000 Yuphoria while the model number of previously launched parent Yuphoria is YU5010. The specifications detail is also posted on the webpage.

All New YU6000 features a smaller screen w.r.t parent device, 4.6 inch screen with full HD display and atleast five-finger touch support (multi-touch). We don’t have any image of this device yet and the launch date is also not confirmed. The phone might be launched along with the much awaited device Yu Yutopia which is a high end device.

As far as the processor section is concerned, it is powered by a 64-bit octa core MediaTek processor clocked at 1.5GHz (MT6753 (Cortex A53 – ARMv8)), GPU is ARM Mali-T720.

RAM is 3GB which is good and it becomes the first YU device to feature 3GB RAM, Micromax currently has Canvas 5 possessing 3GB RAM. ROM on YU6000 is 16GB.

The phone runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop, not sure whether it would be coming with CyanogenMod or stock Android.

Camera information isn’t clear per the details provided on the site, the rear camera is listed as 12MP and front one 7MP.

The price of this device isn’t confirmed plus the model name information is also not with us at this time however it could be launched as Yuphoria Plus (not confirmed) watching the trend of Yureka Yureka Plus.
