Moto E & Micromax Doodle 3 Specs Comparison
Moto E brags 4.3” inches IPS LCD display with QHD resolution of 960X540 while on the other hand Doodle 3 boasts 6” inches Display with screen resolution of 854X480pixels. Moto E is providing 256ppi which is far better in comparison to that of Doodle 3’s 163ppi. More pixels per inch means better and crispy display quality.
Moto E comes with 1.2GHz dual core processor based on snapdragon200 chipset while Canvas Doodle 3 runs on 1.3GHz dual core processor.
Both provides dual core but Doodle 3 has slightly better processor in terms of clock frequency.
Moto E operates on Android 4.4 Kitkat while Micromax Canvas doodle 3 operates on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean. Clearly Moto E is providing latest android version out of the box and Micromax fails to do so.
Talking about the camera Moto E bears 5MP of rear camera and reviews from trusted sites says that the camera picture quality is poor and the front camera has been excluded so that the cost can be reduced. No front camera means no video calling or clicking selfies. But doodle 3 here comes up as a better option with 5MP rear snapper coupled with front facing VGA camera. So one can have conversation with their family and friends through video calling through skype or can click their photos.
Absence of LED flash can also be one the very disappointing for Moto E as it would be very difficult to click the photos in dim light. And all these shortcomings are covered by Micromax by providing LED Flash along and front facing camera.
Moto E bears 1GB of internal RAM while Micromax Doodle 3 just hogs 512MB of RAM. Talking about the internal memory, both have 4GB of internal ROM and both offers expandable external memory up to 32GB via MicroSD card slot.
Moto E houses 1980Li-Ion battery claiming 24 hours of daily normal usage while Micromax Canvas Doodle 3 hogs 2500mAh battery good enough to deliver talk time of 9 hours and stand by time of 260 hours.
But because of the large screen, Doodle 3 is surely going to have much more battery consumption in comparison to Moto E.
Both the devices feature WiFi, Bluetooth, USB, 3G etc for the purpose of connectivity. And both are Dual SIM phones.
USP of Moto E is its latest android 4.4 Kitkat version while that of Doodle 3 is its large screen. Along with this, they have other features like Doodle 3 provides BigFlix usage for 6 months along with Magnetic Flip cover.
