Micromax is yet in the news again with its all new tablet P470. It will be launched under the Canvas flagship. It boast all the necessary features and specs which a user wants in the tablet whether it is the large display or voice calling feature. The USP of this tablet will be its ability to read and write in 21 Indian regional languages. India is a vivid country and composes of people speaking different languages, Micromax sense this requirement and hence offered a gadget which can let one read and write in their own regional language whether it is Marathi, Punjabi or Bangali, just express yourself now in your own language.

Coming to the specifications part the all new Canvas Tab P470 tablet boasts 7” TFT display with screen resolution of 1024X600 WSVGA and color depth of 262K. It weighs 306gms. Overall now the experience of watching movies and your favorite videos will be much more interesting and fun. It runs on 1.3GHz dual core processor based on MediaTek 8312 chipset. And as an operating system, it encompasses latest Android 4.4.2 Kitkat out of the box. Clearly 1.3 GHz processor will allow you to download multiple applications and dual core will help one to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Canvas Tab P470 sports 5MP of rear snapper and comes along with a fake flash. It also accommodates 0.3MP of front facing camera through which one can click selfies or can establish video calls with their family and friends though the quality will not be up to the mark.

It houses 3200mAh battery at the back which claims talk time of 115h, browsing time of 3.5h, 6h of Video Playback and stand by time of 158 hours. The battery is sufficient enough to stay charged all day long. It bears 1GB of internal RAM coupled along with 8GB of internal ROM and external memory expandable up to 32GB. Along with the satisfactory storage back up we gets sensors like light, proximity and gravity.

For connectivity options, Canvas P470 include features like Bluetooth, WiFi, USB, GSM, WCDMA, GPS etc. and along with USB and 3.5mm ear jack as connectors. It will be available in two smart and luring colors i.e copper black and silver white.

    How to change the language to English as i found a different language in this tab for e.g. settings it is shown as Adjustes. So I am finding it difficult to change the language in this TAB. Please advice me as to how to change this language to English.

      Go to settings and then language and input option and set English as your default language.

      No it is notbupgradable and do not buy. I’m regrettingmy investment in this tablet. Go for Dell tab instead, its value for money. Same INR10,000/- with good quality. Instead of these cheap plastic things.
