Micromax Canvas Selfie 4 with 8MP Front Camera Launched

After launching the handsets like Canvas Evoke E483 and Canvas XP Q413 recently Micromax has now added a new Camera centric smart phone which is the fourth instalment of popular Canvas “Selfie” flagship. The company has announced Micromax Canvas Selfie 4 and it will be available by the end of month May but the pricing details of the handset is not divulged yet.

Please note that the above image isn’t of Canvas Selfie 4, the phone isn’t listed on the official site yet hence we don’t have the images of the same. We all know that how crazy people are for selfies, they want to click pictures of every moment so that they can relive it whenever they want to. According to a survey recently conducted 48% of picture clicked by a youngster is posted on the FB profile. So Micromax has come up with an option for all those people who can’t afford costly handsets but want to have pictures in great quality, Micromax Canvas Selfie 4 is the solution for them.

Highlighting feature:

This smartphone has come up with unique sensors called “tap sensors” that let one click pictures by just tapping on the handset and one can also receive calls with the help of these sensors. To let one have clear picture quality, it accommodates 8MP camera at both rear as well at front. With the rear camera we also get LED Flash to take photographs in dull condition.

Micromax Canvas Selfie 4 Specifications:

It sports 5” IPS display delivering screen resolution up to 720X1280p. It runs on quad-core processor clocked at the frequency of 1.3GHz. It bears 1GB of RAM combined along with 8GB of in-built memory on the board and memory can be further expanded up to 32GB via MicroSD card slot. It functions on latest Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS out of the box.

As we have mentioned above it entails 8MP of shooter at both rear as well at front. On connectivity front we have options like WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth, GPS with A-GPS, 3G etc. Sadly it doesn’t come along with 4G LTE support when its contemporaries are offering the 4G connectivity with similar specs. It houses 2500mAh batter capacity at the back which we can expect to power the handset all day long.
