Micromax has announced Canvas Mega 2 which is the latest entry in the “Canvas” Flagship and is the descendent of popular Canvas Mega Smartphone. It is an entry-level phablet we can say, made available at the pocket friendly price of Rs. 7,999. It comes in alluring black colour variant. Talking about its look then definitely it looks mesmerizing with textured back panel giving an elegant touch.

It sports 6” IPS Display delivering qHD Display with 960X540p. 6” display size may sound exciting but with just qHD display one can’t even expect satisfactory picture quality. It is powered by standard quad-core processor clocked at the frequency of 1.3GHz. It functions on slightly outdated Android 5.0 Lollipop OS, now at the time when company are rolling out handsets with latest Android 6.0 Marshmallow update, Lollipop version is bit disappointing.
