Device is overheating around camera and light sensor region when camera is on for 5-10 Mins. Overheating is too much to hold phone close to ears for voice calls.

I found temperature near front camera and light sensor area is greater than 40 degree centigrade.

When reported to customer care/service centre they are refusing to accept this fact and not providing DOA to replace the faulty device.

DOA valid under the first 7 days of purchase.
