Micromax deals in Mobile Phones, tablets, Laptabs/Laptops, consumer electronics, etc and its service centers are located across India in good count. They don’t offer Onsite service like YU however we can easily locate its service centers around us. When we submit a device with Micromax service center, they always provide us a Case number or Job Sheet number which is unique for every submitted product, either you can contact them via phone call or an email to check the status of your Job sheet or you can now track your device status online as well.
For minor issues or software updates, the service center provides the phone/tablet on the very same day however for major hardware issuesservice center takes time to resolve the issue and in this case a Job Sheet number is provided to the user. If you have submitted your device to any Micromax support centers then you can check its status by calling them or emailing them. Usually they tell the estimated time on the submission day and informs the customer once the device is ready with them.
If you’re unable to reach out to the service center via phone call or email then you can check the status of your Job Sheet online as well and for that we have a separate portal provided by Micromax.

You can check the status of your submitted Micromax canvas or Bolt phone, tablet, Laptab or Lapbook and consumer electronic.
Enter the IMEI number of your device or Job Sheet number to check the current status of your device. If the page doesn’t show the status then you would have to reach out to the service center via phone call or email. You can also contact Micromax officials for the same.
