Rumors are that Micromax is soon going to launch the successor of its popular Canvas Knight flagship i.e Canvas Knight 2 E471 which is going to be the company’s first 4G LTE connectivity supporting handset. Its contemporary companies like Lenovo, Xiaomi etc are already pre-occupied with the handsets like Lenovo A6000 and Redmi Note 4G etc which supports 4G LTE Connectivity.
Today we will be discussing these three handsets i.e Canvas Knight 2, Redmi Note 4G and Canvas Knight 2 E471 in terms of their specifications and features.
Knight 2 sports 5” HD Amoled Display and to protect screen as well as rear it comes up with corning gorilla glass 3 protection at the both end. Lenovo A6000 also sports 5” IPS Capacitive display offering screen resolution of 720X1280pixels. While Redmi Note 4G flaunts slightly bigger display i.e 5.5” which places it in the series of phablet and acquires HD screen resolution i.e 720X1280pixels.
Canvas Knight 2 operates on latest Android 5.0 Lollipop version out of the box and runs on octa core processor clocked at the frequency of 1.5GHz. Both Lenovo A6000 and Redmi Note 4G are powered by Quad core processor but are clocked at different frequency.Note 4G is clocked at 1.6GHz while A6000 is clocked at 1.2GHz. Lenovo A6000’s processor is coupled with 1GB of internal RAM while both Redmi Note 4G and Knight’s processors re mated along with 2GB of internal RAM.
Camera and Storage:
All the three boast the combination of 13MP rear snapper with 5MP front facing camera. In reality MP doesn’t define the quality of camera. If MPs are more that doesn’t ensure quality will be good, so even if these three have similar MPs, quality of the pictures will depend on the lens used.
And since Canvas Knight 2 is not launched yet, we are not occupied with much of its detailed specs.
Both Lenovo A6000 and Redmi Note 4G proclaim 8GB of memory on board with external memory expandable up to 32GB and 64GB respectively. On the other hand Canvas E471 Knight 2 bears 16GB of internal memory with no words on whether we have expandable external memory or not.
All the three will have basic connectivity options like Bluetooth, WiFi, USB etc. Apart from that all three supports 4G LTE.
