India is a diverse country with so many languages around. It is not the language which binds India but one of the few things “Cricket fever” which brings the people with different back ground together. With Cricket World Cup Cricket fever is all around. Everybody is gearing themselves up so do company’s tactics to promote their products and so is doing Micromax.
In our last segment we mentioned that Micromax has coupled up with Sony Entertainment to launch a song which will enjoy the spirit of Cricket love in India. Micromax is taking the legacy of Micromax Unite forward which was launched at the time of Independence Day celebrating the pride of “Oneness” in such a diverse country.
Micromax has unveiled their all new song. “Unite Cricket Anthem”. It will bring the Indian fans together from all over India to encourage and cheer up their team as they will fight for the World Cup.
Through “Cricket Unite Anthem”, Micromax along with Sony has furnished the old wine in new bottle with slight a different touch. Micromax has recreated the famous Hindi song from the movie “Lagaan”, “Chale Chalo” along with 9 most talented artists which will be seen singing in 9 different languages. This song “Chale Chalo” has been re-written in 9 languages i.e Hindi, Punjabi, Tamil, Bengali, Gujarati, Marathi, Malyalam, Kannada and Assamese. Gaurav Gokhindi is behind producing this song. Singers like Benny Dayal, Raghu Dixit, Shalmali Kholgade, Akriti Kakar, Karthik, Zubeen Garg, Shakthisree Gopalan, Kavita Seth and Hari and Sukhmani will be seen performing in the song.
Chief Marketing Officer, Shubhajit Sen said regarding the Micromax Cricket Unite Anthem that In India we have people who comes up with different culture but one of the thing which keep them together is their love for cricket. Religion is not a bar in Cricket, from whatever background a person evolves he is ready to support and cheer up his team. Micromax Cricket Anthem celebrates this though only and is ready to bring alive the spirit of Unity through its patriotic lyrics and appealing music.
Kiran D’Cruz who is the head of the Sony Music National Head also added that this is their second project with Micromax and they have roped in 9 dynamics and skilled artist to recreate the beautiful song “Chale Chalo” by Music Maestro A.R. Rahman. This song will be dedicated to our Indian Cricket team and will cater the passion and love we all have for cricket irrespective from the religion or area we come up.
Benny dayal who is one of the artist featuring in the song said that he is quite happy to be part of such a unique project and this song is a great example of what a team work really is. Other added that a great bunch of young talents have been brought in and this song will be definitely loved by everyone as both Music and Cricket connects the people very well all over India.
