Micromax has recently launched selfie 2 and selfie 3 which are selfie oriented. These variants are added to the popular canvas selfie flagship. Canvas Selfie 2 is going to be available in the market at the price of Rs 5,999 from 22nd August while the price of Canvas Selfie 3 is not yet officially announced. It is very obvious that both these handsets are camera oriented and therefore will be compared with each other.
Canvas Selfie 3 will be presented in various colors like blue, yellow, green, purple etc. while nothing such has been mentioned about Selfie 2. We will provide the comparison between the two so that one can have a clear idea about which handset should they prefer according to their budget.
Canvas Selfie 2 sports 5” IPS display delivering screen resolution up to 480X854p while Canvas Selfie 3 is slightly better as it boasts 4.8” AMOLED HD Display and comes along with corning gorilla glass 3 protection.
Canvas Selfie 2 operates on latest Android 5.0 Lollipop version while nothing such is clear about Canvas Selfie 3. Both run on 1.3GHz quad core processor with chipset (yet to be specified). In both the cases processor is coupled along with 1GB of internal RAM. Clearly there is not much difference in their performance as both incorporate similar processors (most probably).
Canvas Selfie 2 houses 5MP of both rear as well as front camera. Rear shooter is made up of OV5648 sensors and Largan 4P Lenses while front shooter includes OV5670 sensors with 4P Lenses.
