In june 15, 2014 review by rahul mehta, Knight has Jelly Bean & Gold has Kitkat. But here both have been shown as having Kitkat. Please clarify.
Secondly, in this review of july 21, 2014, details under the heading “Processor” need to be revised (Due to heating issues canvas knight processor was changed from “2GHz to 1.7GHz” so in the new model the phone features a processor clocked at “1.7GHz” and Android 4.4.2 kitkat operating system).

    • Rahul Mehta says:

The first imported stock of Canvas Knight came with 4.2 Jelly bean and 2GHz octa core processor. After seeing the heating issues Micromax imported new stocks of knight model with stock kitkat version and 1.7GHz octa core.

After 2 years of use, I can say this is a great phone(believe me, it is way ahead of other Micromax phones, it supports everything like VR apps, game controllers, wireless mouse, keyboard, display etc.). Initially there was a problem of low app memory, but it got solved with an official firmware upgrade(new app memory = 25 GB). I haven’t faced any other problem. I have never taken the phone to service center. Sadly the production has stopped.
